Membership Process

  • Membership Matters Class

Unity in our church family begins with a shared understanding of God's Word. That's why we ask all potential members to attend Membership Matters. It's a vital time for us to walk through our core biblical beliefs together, fostering a strong foundation for discipleship and community before you commit to membership.

  • Interview With Elders

Our elders desire to know and care for each person joining our church. That's why the next step in membership is a friendly, personal meeting with two elders. This time allows them to hear your testimony, understand the foundations of your faith, and, most importantly, ask how we can best serve you and your family as you find your place in our community. It’s our first step in building a lasting pastoral relationship with you.

  • Congregational Introduction & Vote

Finally, your membership is presented to the congregation. We will share your answers to five questions about your testimony with our members for at least one week. This is an important step that allows our church family to get to know you and your profession of faith. The process concludes with a congregational vote, which is our way of corporately and prayerfully responding to your request to join our church body.
